Easter & Good Friday 2018
There are a lot of things you can learn to live without… hope is not one of them. In a world of ever increasing suffering and challenges where do you find hope? The Biblical answer might surprise you. Hope is found in death – in the death and resurrection of Jesus. When Jesus handed over His life hope was born. Easter changed everything, but not in the way you might think. It is not a comforting story that reminds us that Spring is coming, second chances are possible and everything is going to work out. That is not really hope. We don’t need one more chance we need one new life. That hope is found when you hand over your life. That is the hope of Easter.
