Change begins with an honest conversation, willing to give a voice to unspoken hurts, hidden fears, and mounting tensions. In her perspective-shifting book, Be the Bridge, Latasha Morrison shows how we can participate in this incredible work. With conviction and grace, she examines the historical complexities of racism. She expertly applies biblical principles to lay the framework for restoration.
Be the Bridge presents a vision of what it means for every follower of Jesus to become a bridge-builder—committed to pursuing justice and racial unity in light of the gospel. This study will help people discover where they stand on racial issues and help them ascertain what they are willing to do to improve relations. Guest speakers will be joining to share their experiences, too!
We’ll be hosting a hybrid class focusing on Be the Bridge as a point of discussion and reflection in a group setting. Whether you prefer to join in-person or virtually, this class is open to you! Classes will run from 6:30-8:00pm on Thursday evenings for 6 sessions, July 6th through August 10th. Email Corbin at cferguson@crossroads140.com for more details and sign-up by Fill out this link
