We want to help!
In Mental Health and Our Kids, we talk with two experts: Zach Rausch, lead researcher for The Anxious Generation, and Sissy Goff, counselor and author of The Worry-Free Parent.
They’ll share what research is revealing about the connection between technology and mental health. And perhaps most importantly, they’ll share what we can do in response.
Together we can be the leaders this generation desperately needs us to be!
